We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HRBP Intern to join our EMEA HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll support our HR Business Partners across multiple countries, contributing to key HR processes and projects that impact our diverse workforce.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations, collaborating with local HR teams and Centres of Excellence, and helping us deliver exceptional employee experiences. From supporting day-to-day administration to assisting with strategic HR initiatives, this internship offers exposure to the full HR lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the EMEA HRBP team, ensuring smooth delivery of HR initiatives across multiple countries.
  • Maintain accurate organisational charts and assist with employee lifecycle processes such as internal transfers and documentation.
  • Support compliance with local labour laws and company policies across EMEA markets.
  • Coordinate with local HR teams, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll to ensure alignment across the region.
  • Assist with communication and project follow-up between HRBPs and country HR representatives.
  • Participate in HR projects, researching best practices and market benchmarks to support HRBP recommendations.
  • Suggest process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or Business Management with a HR specialism.
  • An interest in HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Previous experience in an office or HR/recruitment environment (including part-time roles or internships) is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
  • A team player with a professional, approachable manner.
