Overview
What Will You Do
- Must be able to jump to multiple jobs at once and multitask well
- Mechanical Engineering or other engineerin background desired.
- Willing to learn new and exciting technologies, and continually self-educate on industry standards
- Must be comfortable working in 2D AutoCAD for the majority of a day
- Can work well with teams, but also with little supervision
- Accurately follow instructions and complete assigned course of action in accordance with scope of work
- Must have excellent communication, electronically and in person
- Accurately and timely document job information and provide AUTOCAD detailing
- Understand and strictly adhere to established customer quality requirements without deviation
- Assist in design, engineering, drafting tasks, as well as project coordination tasks
- Other duties as assigned by management

What You Will Need
- Must be enrolled in college, with hours equivalent to a sophomore or higher
- Previous training in AutoCAD 2011 or newer
- Ability to learn and retain new knowledge
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Willing to work in AutoCAD daily on a design or review level
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise adaptability in new situations
- Self-starter with desire and ability to learn and retain knowledge
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a part-time non-exempt position (Minimum of 10 hours and maximum of 29 per week)
- Days of work are Monday through Friday with some irregular hours
