Engineer Intern - Summer 2026

CrowdVolt is a Y Combinator-backed startup building a modern marketplace for live event tickets. We are hiring an Engineer Intern for Summer 2026 to help us build the future of ticket marketplaces. As an Engineering Intern at CrowdVolt, you'll work directly with our founding team on real product features that shape how fans buy and sell tickets to concerts, sports, and other live events. You'll contribute across our stack including the consumer marketplace, payments infrastructure, seller tools, fraud detection, and operational systems that ensure reliable ticket delivery. The role provides hands-on experience with consumer marketplace dynamics, modern web/mobile development, and the unique challenges of operating in a high-stakes consumer product where reliability and trust are paramount. You'll have significant ownership and the opportunity to ship features that thousands of users will interact with. Required qualifications: currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; strong programming fundamentals; experience with modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js) or mobile development; demonstrated ability to ship code through prior internships, projects, or hackathons; passion for consumer products and live events.
