Intern, Treasury & Capital Markets (Summer 2026)

Wealthsimple is offering a Summer 2026 Internship in Treasury and Capital Markets. Wealthsimple is one of Canada's leading financial technology companies, helping millions of Canadians invest, save, and manage their money. The Treasury and Capital Markets team manages firm liquidity, trading operations, and capital markets activities supporting our investment products and self-directed trading platform. As a Treasury and Capital Markets Intern, you will support the team's daily operations including cash management, securities lending, FX hedging, and capital markets execution. You will gain exposure to fixed income markets, equity capital markets, derivatives, and treasury operations at a fast-growing fintech. The internship offers 4 to 8-month positions open to co-op and non-co-op students and recent grads. Required qualifications: currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field; strong analytical and quantitative skills; understanding of financial markets and instruments; proficiency in Excel; interest in capital markets and treasury operations.
