Software Engineer Internship Summer 2026 (Hybrid)

Enova International is offering a Software Engineer Internship for Summer 2026 in a hybrid arrangement (Chicago HQ + remote). This is a paid 10-week summer internship from June 15 to August 21, 2026 with an hourly rate of $33.00 per hour for Bachelor's degree students and $37.00 per hour for Master's degree students. Enova is a leading financial technology company providing online lending products to consumers and small businesses underserved by traditional banks. As a Software Engineering Intern, you'll work alongside experienced developers on real production systems, gaining exposure to large-scale financial applications, microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure, machine learning systems, and modern development practices. The program includes structured mentorship, technical training, professional development sessions, and an intern project presentation at the end of the summer. Required qualifications: currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; strong programming fundamentals; experience with at least one of Ruby, Python, Java, or similar; collaborative mindset and interest in fintech.
