As a Quality and Performance Outcomes intern, you will support our mission to make a lasting difference in members' lives by transforming their health and well-being. Responsibilities include analyzing healthcare quality metrics, supporting HEDIS measure reporting, contributing to clinical performance improvement initiatives, and developing data-driven insights that inform care delivery. The role provides exposure to managed care operations, healthcare analytics, and population health management. Required qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Nursing, or a related field; strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency in Excel; interest in healthcare quality improvement.
