Business Development and Operations Intern - Summer 2026

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Business Development and Operations Intern for Summer 2026. BridgeBio develops transformative medicines for genetic conditions using a decentralized, hub-and-spoke model that accelerates drug development across diseases affecting children and adults. This is a temporary 9-week internship from June 15 to August 14, 2026 based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, California. Interns will take ownership of a term-long project sponsored by the CEO with emphasis on education, growth, and professional development. Responsibilities include supporting business development initiatives, conducting market analyses, evaluating partnership opportunities, and contributing to operational improvements across our pipeline of programs targeting Mendelian diseases, cancers, and other genetic conditions. Required qualifications: currently enrolled in an MBA program or relevant graduate program; strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; interest in biotechnology, drug development, or healthcare; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
