Full Stack Engineering Internship (Summer 2026)

14.ai is a Y Combinator-backed (W24 batch) AI startup with backing from SV Angel and founders at Vercel, Slack, Dropbox, and Algolia. We are seeking Full Stack Engineering Interns to join our tight-knit team in Lower Haight, San Francisco. The role involves direct customer engagement across our technology stack, including TypeScript, Supabase, Next.js, Vercel, and Effect. The position encompasses infrastructure and product work, covering concurrent systems, service infrastructure, text processing, RAG, database optimization, LLM engineering, logging, CI/CD, third-party integrations, and frontend development. We serve startups and enterprises like Amplitude and Vercel, prioritizing security, reliability and performance, combined with pragmatism. We emphasize building solutions with strong engineering taste and rapid customer responsiveness. The team currently has three members and maintains a selective hiring standard. Compensation: $5,000-$10,000 monthly. US citizen or visa holders only.
