2026 LATAM Operations Analyst (Internship)

Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is a global multi-strategy, multi-manager investment platform that harnesses the transformative power of people to perform in all market environments. We specialize in four core strategies: Quantitative Trading, Fundamental Equity, Tactical Trading, and Discretionary Macro and Fixed Income. We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical intern to join our Operations division under the Middle Office team. You will work directly with Operations senior management and across peer groups in all areas, while being immersed in the culture and atmosphere of Schonfeld. The Operations team take on a wide range of responsibilities including Trade Lifecycle Management supporting post-trade processing of all trading activity. Trade Settlement Management working with prime brokers and executing brokers to resolve settlement breaks. Data Integrity Improvements working with the Middle Office team on creating and improving databases. This is a prime opportunity to learn various facets of different business departments, acquire knowledge of how various asset types function, how data is retrieved and communicated with sell side counterparties. Qualifications: Penultimate or final year student in finance, accounting, business administration or similar field. Proficiency in Excel and Python, familiarity with ChatGPT and Claude. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to communicate and interact with traders, clients, and internal teams. Knowledge of financial products preferred. Over the course of 1 or 2 years, you will have the opportunity to build solutions that tackle real-world challenges and leave a lasting impact on the firm.
