The Atlantic Council's Global Energy Center is hiring interns for its Fall 2026 Young Global Professionals (YGP) program. Interns provide research and logistical support to the Center, which focuses on global energy policy, energy security, and the clean energy transition. Responsibilities include conducting research, coordinating events, writing correspondence, taking notes at meetings, and contributing analytical pieces to the EnergySource blog. The role exposes candidates to event planning, think tank operations, and the publications process. The YGP program develops global policy experts through exposure to a robust curriculum of foreign policy research, leadership training, and career development workshops. Cohort runs 19 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week), in-office at Washington, DC headquarters (minimum 4 days/week). Application deadline: Friday, June 5, 2026, at 11:59 pm ET. Pay: $18.50 per hour.
