Citadel's Equities Associate Program Summer Internship 2027 is an entry-level internship for 2028 graduates, based in New York, NY (660 5th Ave or 425 Park Avenue) with full in-office expectations. The internship focuses on long-short equities investing through instructor-led classroom training, rotations on investment teams, and a team-based stock pitch. Activities include financial modeling, company research, and working directly with analysts and portfolio managers across different industry groups. Successful summer interns receive an offer for full-time employment in the Citadel Associate Program. Compensation: $2,500–$3,000 per week.
