Energy and Water Intern (Fall 2026)

Fall 2026 NASA OSTEM internship at Kennedy Space Center supporting facility energy and water management. The intern will execute a large-scale project using a LIDAR scanner to model a designated KSC building and develop energy models that drive efficiency improvements and federal energy/water compliance. Work involves hands-on facility data collection, CAD modeling, and analysis to support NASA's sustainability goals. Engagement ID 024469. Full-time, in-person, paid OSTEM internship. Open to undergraduate juniors and seniors who are U.S. citizens. Preferred majors include Agricultural, Construction, Mechanical, or Surveying Engineering; prior CAD experience is not required.
