HR Services Intern, Summer 2026

Insperity is hiring an HR Services Intern for Summer 2026 in Kingwood, TX. Shadow Insperity's certified HR Business Advisors who consult with thousands of small and mid-size business clients on employee relations, compensation, compliance, and workforce strategy. The intern will support case research on multi-state employment law questions, assist with employee handbook development, contribute to HR policy content, and help build training materials for client-facing advisors. Qualifications: rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology; interest in PEO or HR consulting; strong writing and research skills; comfort with confidential information. 10-week paid hybrid program with rotations across HR service lines.
