Ohio State Athletics 2026 Sports Performance Intern

Ohio State Athletics is hiring a Sports Performance Intern for the 2026-27 academic year at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Interns support the sports performance, sports nutrition, and applied sports science groups with responsibilities that include GPS and force-plate data collection, reporting of athlete readiness to coaching staffs, ordering and distribution of nutrition products, and education programs with student-athletes. Depending on placement, the intern may rotate across football, men's and women's basketball, or Olympic sports. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or nutrition, with CSCS (for S&C) or CISSN (for nutrition) certification or equivalent academic progress toward it. The 12-month program begins August 2026 at an annual stipend of $30,000 with benefits.
