Marriott Voyager - Hotel Operations Intern Summer 2026

The Marriott Voyage Global Leadership Development Program Internship places top hospitality, business, and hotel administration students at a Marriott-managed property for Summer 2026. Interns rotate through Rooms, Food & Beverage, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources departments over 10-12 weeks, gaining hands-on exposure to every function of a full-service hotel. You will shadow department heads, lead a capstone project (e.g., guest experience improvement, payroll optimization, or event execution), and present to the General Manager. Paid program with meals and potential for discounted room nights. Qualifications: currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, Business, or related; graduation December 2026 - May 2028; 3.0+ GPA. Placements across 50+ U.S. properties including Washington DC, Orlando, San Francisco, and New York.
