Marriott Finance Summer Intern - 2026

Marriott International is hiring Finance Summer Interns for 2026 at our Bethesda, MD headquarters. Interns support FP&A, Treasury, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, or Global Finance Operations, contributing to projects that influence capital allocation and profitability across 30+ brands and 8,500 properties worldwide. Responsibilities include building Excel models, performing variance and trend analyses, supporting board and earnings prep, and partnering with finance leaders on special projects. 10-week paid program with mentorship from senior VPs, an elite hotel stay experience, and a capstone presentation. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Hospitality Business; 3.2+ GPA; graduation December 2026 - May 2027; advanced Excel; curiosity about hospitality.
