Job Description
As Finance Intern, you will control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling Monthly Expenses Reports of MSXI employee. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing employee expenses
- Creating monthly supplier payment batches
- Supporting employees on travel expenses issues
- Supporting the Financial Officer in preparing reports
Qualifications
- Standard office equipment knowledge including computerized systems to track expenses
- Deadline-Oriented, problem solving, attention to details, verbal communication skills
- Experience in data entry, Excel
- Accounting, Audit, Statistical Analysis, Business Knowledge
- English (good knowledge)
