Location: On-site Schedule: Part-time or full-time (depending on department needs)
Departments: Opportunities available across multiple areas including Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Safety, Quality, and more.

East Penn is excited to offer a dynamic College Internship Program designed to give students hands-on experience, real-world exposure, and meaningful opportunities to contribute to impactful projects. Our interns work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable insight into their field of study while developing skills that support their academic and career goals.
This internship is ideal for students who are eager to learn, motivated to grow, and ready to explore career paths within a leading manufacturing organization.
What You’ll Do
Intern responsibilities will vary depending on the department placement, but may include:
Assisting with day-to-day departmental tasks and ongoing projects.
Supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve processes.
Shadowing professionals to gain exposure to real-world applications of your field.
Helping prepare documentation, presentations, or project materials.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Learning company systems, tools, and workflows relevant to your role.
What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s).
Majoring in a field related to the internship area (e.g., Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Accounting, Safety, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
