The Analytics and Insights Intern will play a key role in helping the team make data-driven decisions by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how analytics informs product strategy, performance measurement, and long-term planning at scale. Through close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners, the intern will help shape strategic decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and business outcomes.

Summer 2026 Internship Information

  • Real-world, hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry (85% of work in internship role and 15% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
  • Hybrid in our New York City office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
  • June 2nd through August 14th
  • $23.00/hour 
  • Full-time - 40 hours per week
  • Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
  • Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta Global

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

• Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
• Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop strategies for our products that serve billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses.
• Identify and measure success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends.
• Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the product, and drive roadmaps through your insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute product strategy and investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and Excel/pivot tables.
  • Excellent presentation/visualization/storytelling skills with PowerPoint.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills.
  • Technical acumen to understand how to design campaigns that optimize the use of our tech platform.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or similar
