An Accounts Payable Intern seeking a summer opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable operations, vendor relations, invoice processing, and meeting participation. You are eager to contribute to day-to-day AP activities, apply your analytical and Excel skills, and be part of a collaborative finance team. WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will gain exposure to the full cycle of the accounts payable process. You will work alongside experienced professionals, develop your problem-solving and analytical abilities, and participate in meetings that offer insight into real-world finance operations. You’ll also build skills in vendor communication, invoice processing, and gain familiarity with key financial tools and technologies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Currently seeking a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of Full Cycle Accounts Payable process
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team

The expected hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00, depending on skills and location. The hourly range is a good-faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
