Role: Full-Time Intern - Chief of Staff - Research & Impact

As a full-time intern, you will support the Chief of Staff in the Impact Office on projects spanning research, impact, and cross-functional operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on research, strategy, and the future of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and secondary research 
  • Support project coordination across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Provide operational support on ongoing projects in the Research & Impact function. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Academic research ability (literature reviews,structured writing, synthesising insights).
  • Completed graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics and other related disciplines 
  • Strong technical and analytical skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams, prioritise tasks, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Curiosity to learn about  impact & AI 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • High ability to take on technical work and problem-solving.
