Are you a student passionate about sustainability, corporate responsibility, and data-driven impact? Hunter Douglas, the world leader in window coverings and a private-equity-backed multinational, is offering a 6-month internship within our EMEA ESG & Sustainability team starting January 2026. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Support the implementation of ESG data collection and reporting processes across EMEA 
  • Assist with CSRD, sustainability governance, and regulatory compliance activities 
  • Help prepare ESG data submissions, analyse trends, and ensure data quality 
  • Work with SpheraCloud and other sustainability platforms to support the reporting cycles 
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives, benchmarking, and project management 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Operations, and Finance 
  • Assist in developing training materials, guidance notes, and internal communications on ESG topics 

 What We’re Looking For: 

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field 
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner 
  • Interest in ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability regulation (e.g., CSRD, ESRS) 
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with data tools or ESG platforms is a plus 
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage
