Engineering Internship

Overview

The Engineer Intern will assist in the preparation of design documents and drawings during the execution of a variety of projects involving mechanical, civil, and electrical components for natural gas, hydrocarbon and industrial projects.  Primary responsibilities include performing various tasks under the direction of an engineer.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of engineering tasks and calculations under PE supervision
• Provide direction to drafters to create 3D models and engineering drawings
• Redline/markup drawings to reflect safe, accurate, complete, constructible, and economic designs
• Follow company or customer standards

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year degree program in Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Basic understanding of Bluebeam or Acrobat, Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented team player with strong communication and technical skills
