Ready to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced fintech environment?This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and organizational development. You’ll collaborate with HR business partners and learn how strategic HR supports business success.

Role: Human Resources Intern
Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA
Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, social media, and grassroots strategies to attract top talent.
- Post job openings and manage candidate communication through the ATS.
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including sending paperwork, verifying I-9 forms, and preparing welcome materials.
- Coordinate new employee orientations and introductions.
- Support offboarding processes as needed.
Payroll, Benefits & HRIS
- Assist with payroll data entry and verification.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment and updates.
- Learn and help maintain the HRIS system for accurate employee records.
HR Operations & Organizational Development
- Research and update job descriptions in collaboration with department leaders.
- Maintain accurate organizational charts and HR forms.
- Participate in organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Help the HR team streamline our HR Operational processes and bring your creativity and ideas to the team
Collaboration with HR Business Partners
- Work closely with HR business partners to support strategic projects and day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners on employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Sophomore or Junior standing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Mission-driven and eager to learn.
Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base hourly rate for this role is $20.00 per hour for students pursuing an undergraduate degree and $25.00 per hour for students pursuing a graduate degree.
