Software Engineering Intern (Summer 2026)

Fizz is America's college social app, used by students at hundreds of universities to anonymously share, connect, and engage with their campus communities. We are hiring Software Engineering Interns for Summer 2026. As an SWE intern at Fizz, you will ship product features that directly impact the daily lives of college students nationwide. You'll work on mobile applications (iOS and Android), backend services that power moderation and real-time feeds, and infrastructure that scales to support millions of posts and interactions. The role offers a fast-paced startup environment where you'll work directly with founders and a tight-knit engineering team on consumer-facing problems including community safety, content recommendation, and social engagement features. Required: currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; strong programming fundamentals; experience with mobile development (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin) or backend development (TypeScript, Python, Go); passion for consumer social products and college communities; ability to ship code quickly in an iterative environment.
