Portillo's Operations Internship immerses you in restaurant-unit leadership, kitchen systems, and guest-experience design at one of our iconic Chicago-area locations. You'll rotate through BOH, FOH, and management shifts, then transition to the Support Center to present process-improvement recommendations.
