Join Shake Shack's Culinary Innovation team for a 10-week internship partnering with our Executive Chef on menu development, LTO concept testing, and vendor sourcing. You'll participate in test kitchen sessions, coordinate operator feedback from Shacks across the country, and help scope the Summer 2027 menu pipeline.
