Join Shake Shack's Culinary Innovation team for a 10-week internship partnering with our Executive Chef on menu development, LTO concept testing, and vendor sourcing. You'll participate in test kitchen sessions, coordinate operator feedback from Shacks across the country, and help scope the Summer 2027 menu pipeline. Requires a student enrolled in a Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Hospitality Management program with prior BOH restaurant experience. Based at our Innovation Kitchen in NYC.
