LinkSquares is the leading AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform for in-house legal teams at Fidelity, Wayfair, Cogito, and Igloo. We are hiring Software Engineer Interns for Summer 2026 based in Boston, MA (hybrid). Our stack includes Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, AWS, and an ML pipeline for contract extraction using Python and PyTorch. Interns contribute to Analyze (our CLM), Finalize (CLM signature + negotiation), and Prioritize (AI contract drafting). Responsibilities: pair with senior engineers, ship production code, write automated tests, and present an intern capstone. Qualifications: pursuing a BS/MS in CS or related field graduating Dec 2026 - May 2027; strong Ruby, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java proficiency; comfort with SQL and Git. Prior internship experience or open-source contributions are strongly preferred. Role includes housing stipend for relocating interns and mentorship from senior engineers.
