Summer 2026 Student Internship Program

Werner Enterprises is hiring Summer 2026 interns across multiple functions at our Omaha, NE headquarters: Operations, Driver Recruiting, Finance, Accounting, IT/Software Development, and Supply Chain Analytics. Interns complete a 10-week paid program including a capstone project presented to the executive team, weekly leadership development sessions, and terminal tours. IT interns work on our internally-developed TMS, EDI integrations with shippers like Dollar General and Walmart, and driver-facing mobile apps. Qualifications: currently enrolled in a BA/BS or MS program graduating Dec 2026 - Jun 2027; GPA 3.0+; track relevant coursework (CS, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business); strong communication and teamwork; interest in transportation and logistics.
