Knight-Swift Transportation, North America's largest truckload carrier with over 25,000 tractors, is hiring Operations Leadership Interns for Summer 2026. Interns rotate through dispatch, driver management, terminal operations, and fleet planning functions at our Phoenix headquarters and select terminals. You will shadow Fleet Managers on 12-hour shifts, analyze operational KPIs (deadhead percentage, miles per truck, on-time delivery), and lead a scoped continuous-improvement project presented to senior leadership at summer end. High-performing interns receive full-time offers into our Operations Leadership Program. Qualifications: pursuing a BA/BS graduating Dec 2026 - Jun 2027 in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related; strong analytical and communication skills; willingness to work in a 24/7 operations environment.
