Operations Intern - Fulfillment Center, Summer 2026

ShipBob is hiring Operations Interns for Summer 2026 at our Cicero, IL and Moreno Valley, CA fulfillment centers. Interns join the Operations leadership team to analyze warehouse KPIs (pick rate, ship accuracy, on-time dispatch), run continuous improvement projects on the floor, and help roll out new WMS features to hourly associates. You will shadow Operations Managers, lead a scoped project such as redesigning an inbound receiving workflow or improving picker batching logic, and present findings to VP-level leadership. Qualifications: pursuing a BS or MS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field graduating Dec 2026 - Jun 2027; analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/SQL; willingness to spend significant time on the warehouse floor; prior ops or lean-six-sigma exposure is a plus.
