Motive (formerly KeepTruckin) is hiring Software Engineer Interns for Summer 2026 to build the integrated platform that manages vehicles, equipment, drivers, and spend for over 120,000 businesses. Interns work on our Fleet Management dashboard, ELD compliance services, driver mobile app, or Motive Card spend management product. You will ship code in Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, or React/TypeScript, contributing to features used daily by truck drivers, dispatchers, and fleet managers. Projects are scoped for production launch by end-of-summer. Qualifications: pursuing a BS or MS in CS or related field graduating Dec 2026 - Aug 2027; strong CS fundamentals; proficiency in at least one of Ruby, Python, Go, or JavaScript; interest in fintech, mobility, or logistics.
