Flexport is hiring Software Engineer Interns for Summer 2026 to help build the operating system for global trade. Interns embed with full-stack product teams working on our core shipment platform, customs brokerage tools, ocean and air freight booking experiences, or trade finance products. You will ship production code in Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and Go, participate in weekly architecture reviews, shadow on-call rotations, and present your capstone project to engineering leadership at the end of the summer. Projects are scoped to deliver measurable impact on shipment visibility, document automation, or carrier integration APIs. Qualifications: pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science or related field graduating Dec 2026 through Aug 2027; coursework in data structures, algorithms, and databases; proficiency in at least one of Ruby, Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript; curiosity about supply chain and logistics.
