Crown Castle Fiber Engineering Summer Intern

Crown Castle owns, operates, and leases more than 40,000 cell towers and approximately 90,000 route miles of fiber. Our Fiber Engineering Summer Intern will join the OSP (Outside Plant) engineering team supporting design of new dark-fiber builds and small-cell transport. You will use AutoCAD/MicroStation to produce permit drawings, conduct field walkouts alongside senior engineers, coordinate with GIS analysts, and prepare make-ready packages. Qualifications: pursuing BS in Electrical, Civil, or Telecommunications Engineering; familiarity with CAD tools; strong attention to detail; valid US driver's license; willingness to spend up to 30% of time in the field.
