DataBank operates 65+ data centers across 28 US markets, supporting enterprise, edge, and federal workloads. The Network Operations Intern role in our Dallas NOC provides hands-on exposure to 24x7 monitoring tools (SolarWinds, LibreNMS), ticket triage via ServiceNow, and customer circuit troubleshooting. You will work closely with Tier-2 engineers, rotate through our IP backbone team, and deliver a final project on network automation using Ansible. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; CompTIA Network+ or CCNA coursework completed; basic Python scripting. Onsite full-time for 10 weeks.
