People Team Intern (Summer 2026)

Grayscale Investments, the world's largest crypto asset manager and issuer of spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, is hiring a People Team Intern for Summer 2026. The role supports Grayscale's HR and Talent functions across recruiting operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR analytics for one of the most institutionally trusted brands in digital assets. Responsibilities include coordinating candidate interview schedules and communications, helping onboard new hires, supporting learning and development initiatives, assisting with people-team projects such as DEI programming, and building reports and dashboards on hiring and headcount metrics. Qualifications: currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; excellent organizational and communication skills; discretion with confidential information; interest in crypto markets and asset management; Excel proficiency. Remote-eligible, paid at $54,000-$60,000 prorated.
