Business Development Representative - May 2026 Grads

Fireblocks is hiring Business Development Representatives in New York for its May 2026 graduate cohort, designed as an early-career rotational entry point into the crypto industry. BDRs prospect and qualify leads across Fireblocks' institutional digital-asset platform, which provides wallets, custody, transfers, and settlement infrastructure for banks, fintechs, exchanges, and Web3 builders. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting to Fortune 500 and digital-native companies, qualifying inbound leads, running discovery calls, and partnering with Account Executives on pipeline. Extensive product and sales training plus mentorship from top fintech and crypto professionals is provided. Qualifications: graduating May 2026 with a bachelor's degree; strong communication and critical-thinking skills; curiosity about Web3 and blockchain; hustle and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Paid, full-time program based in NYC (hybrid).
