Descript is hiring Machine Learning Interns to work on speech, video, and generative AI models powering the creator-first editor. Projects include Overdub voice cloning quality, speaker diarization, transcription accuracy, and generative b-roll. 12-week paid hybrid program in San Francisco with mentorship from ML research leads and a capstone with measurable model quality improvements. Strong MS or PhD candidates preferred; exceptional BS students considered.
