Wabtec Corporation is hiring Summer 2026 Engineering Interns to support freight and transit rail product development. Interns will work on locomotive propulsion systems, positive train control (PTC), digital rail analytics, and battery-electric locomotive development (FLXdrive). Projects span mechanical, electrical, and embedded controls disciplines. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering. 12-week paid program based in Pittsburgh PA or Erie PA with housing stipend.
