Swinerton Summer 2026 Internship - Project Engineer

Swinerton, an employee-owned builder, is hiring Summer 2026 Project Engineer Interns to support commercial, renewable energy, and mass timber projects. Interns will work on active jobsites assisting project teams with cost control, document management in Procore, submittal review, and safety observations. Swinerton is a leader in mass timber construction, giving interns unique exposure to Cross-Laminated Timber assemblies. The 10-week paid program includes site visits, leadership lunches, and a capstone presentation. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Locations include San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, and Austin.
