Lendlease Summer 2026 Construction Intern

Lendlease's Americas Construction business is hiring Summer 2026 interns to support high-rise residential and mixed-use projects in Chicago and New York. Interns will shadow project managers and superintendents, assist with schedule development in P6, track RFIs, and prepare change order documentation. The program includes sustainability training tied to Lendlease's Mission Zero carbon goals and a midsummer intern conference. Candidates must be rising juniors or seniors pursuing Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related major. Paid hourly plus housing stipend for qualifying candidates.
