Eide Bailly's Summer Leadership Program in Minneapolis (May 2026) is a competitive early-careers experience that runs as a precursor to a future internship or full-time role. Participants spend multiple days onsite learning the firm's audit and tax service offerings, participating in case studies, networking with partners and staff, and exploring industries Eide Bailly serves including ag business, healthcare, manufacturing, financial institutions, and nonprofit. Top performers are invited to apply for paid internships the following year. Eide Bailly has been recognized among the top accounting firm internship programs. Open to accounting students with strong academics and leadership interest; bachelor's pathway preferred.
