Vast seeks a Flight Software Intern to support Haven-1 station computer development. Interns will write C++ and Rust code for command-and-data handling, contribute to fault management logic, and develop unit and integration tests. Candidates pursuing BS/MS in CS, CE, or related with embedded systems experience. Familiarity with real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS, VxWorks) and CAN/SpaceWire buses a plus. Must be US person per ITAR. Paid 12-week summer program in Long Beach.
