Sierra Space GNC team is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern to work on trajectory optimization and attitude control for Dream Chaser re-entry and LIFE habitat station-keeping. The intern will develop MATLAB/Simulink models, run Monte Carlo dispersions, and contribute to control law tuning. Pursuing MS or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics with GNC coursework. Experience with Kalman filters, optimal control, or flight dynamics highly desired. US person required.
