L.L.Bean's Product Development Internship is a 10-week paid program at our Freeport, ME headquarters. Interns support product developers on an apparel, footwear, or outdoor equipment line — from design brief through tech-pack handoff to our sourcing partners. You'll participate in fit sessions, visit our Brunswick manufacturing facility (where the iconic Bean Boot is made), and field-test products on an L.L.Bean Outdoor Discovery School adventure.
