Floor & Decor's Retail Leadership Internship is a 10-week paid program preparing college students for our Assistant Store Manager trainee track. Interns are placed in one of our 250+ warehouse-format stores, learn every department (tile, wood, stone, installation materials), shadow Operations Managers, and own a store-level project with P&L impact. Week 9 includes a leadership summit at our Atlanta Store Support Center with the SVP of Store Operations and a capstone presentation to district leadership.
