Wizards of the Coast Game Design Intern

Wizards of the Coast, a subsidiary of Hasbro, is hiring a Game Design Intern for Summer 2026 in Renton, Washington. You will partner with designers on Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or digital titles, contributing to mechanics, content, and playtesting. Responsibilities include writing design documents, running playtests, balancing card/encounter designs, and iterating with senior designers. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Game Design, English, or related field; portfolio demonstrating tabletop or digital game design; deep familiarity with MTG or D&D; strong writing skills.
