Security Research Intern - Summer 2026

The Wiz Research team is hiring a Security Research Intern for Summer 2026. Wiz Research has disclosed industry-shaping cloud vulnerabilities including ChaosDB, OMIGOD, and ExtraReplica. As an intern you will investigate novel attack techniques against AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes; reverse engineer managed services; build proof-of-concept exploits; coordinate disclosure with cloud providers; and co-author blog posts read by the entire industry. Qualifications: pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in Cybersecurity or Computer Science; deep curiosity about cloud internals; fluency in Python, Bash, and at least one cloud provider's API; understanding of IAM, container escapes, and common cloud attack patterns; prior CTF placements, published research, or CVE credits strongly preferred.
