2026 Kleiner Perkins Engineering Fellow

The Kleiner Perkins Fellows Program connects exceptional university students with 12-week summer full-time internships at KP-backed startups such as Figma, Faire, Rippling, and Aurora Innovation during Summer 2026. The Engineering Fellow track embeds participants at portfolio companies where they ship production code or product features, while attending a parallel evening curriculum of talks with CEOs and Kleiner Perkins partners. Fellows are paid the host company's standard intern salary (typically $12,000-$16,000 for the 12-week term) with housing stipends provided when relocation is required. Open to university students studying computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or fields related to software development. Day-to-day work is on-site at the host startup in the Bay Area, NYC, LA, or Seattle.
