Accel Summer Intern 2026

Accel is hiring exceptional college juniors to spend Summer 2026 on Accel's investment team in-person in Palo Alto, California. Interns conduct deep research on technology markets and companies, support Accel portfolio companies on operational and strategic initiatives, and learn the inner workings of venture capital with mentorship from Accel's investment team. Interns spend time with exceptional founders and help the team decide where to lean in on new investments across enterprise software, consumer internet, fintech, and infrastructure. Role is open to current juniors only with track records of exceptional achievement, strong interpersonal skills, and proven ability to communicate and collaborate. Successful interns are candidates for full-time roles following graduation.
